Data Projector 

The data projector is mounted to the ceiling. 

There is a grey Sony remote stored on the podium. Point this at the projector and push the power button. It will take about 30 seconds for the projector to turn on. 

Please make sure to turn the projector off at the end of your session. Push the Standy button on the remote. 

Projector Screen 

To bring down the projector screen, toggle the projector switch on the podium down. 

To raise the projector screen, toggle the projector switch on the podium up. 

In-Room Computer 

Wake up the computer by touching the mouse or pushing any key on the keyboard. 

Use the black IOGEAR remote to connect the in-room computer to the projector. Press the button marked Source. 

It will take about 10 seconds for the projector to switch to the in-room computer. 

Please do not shut down this computer when you end class. 

Connect Your Own Laptop 

To get your laptop to display on the projector, plug in the HDMI cable located on the podium (with appropriate adapter, if needed). 

Use the black IOGEAR remote to connect the in-room computer to the projector. Press the button marked Source. 

It will take about 10 seconds for the projector to switch to your laptop. 

Speakers 

If you play video on the in-room computer or your laptop it will play through the mounted speakers. Adjust the volume from the computer output.

Please note that there is no camera or microphone in this room for video conferencing.
