Permission Error: "You do not have permission to view this assessment"
Resolving Permission Errors When Accessing Task Links:
If you receive a permission error when clicking a task link from your email (similar to the example below), please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

Common Causes:
- Duplicate Accounts in Elentra: This error can occur if you have two accounts in Elentra.

The task may have been deleted: This error can occur if the task has been deleted from Elentra.
To confirm and resolve this:
If you have a ticket with QHS IT already and they directed you to this page, please skip to the next section.
If you do not have a ticket with QHS IT already, please do so by emailing qhsit@queensu.ca. Please include the task link from your email in your message to help us investigate.
Accessing the Task if You Have Duplicate Accounts
- Log in to the email address that the task was sent to:
- QHS IT may have already sent you an email confirming the email address that the task was sent to.
- If you are unsure which email is associated, please contact us at qhsit@queensu.ca for confirmation.
- If you do not have access to the email the task was sent to:
- Please provide us with an alternate email address (different from the one on your primary account) where we can redirect the task to.
- Locate the email containing the task link.
- If you cannot find this email, please let us know so we can resend the task link to you.
- Copy the task link and open it using one of the following methods:
- Open the link in an Incognito or Private browsing window (instructions on how to do this here), or
- Use a different web browser than your usual one (for example, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, or Mozilla Firefox).
