Here are instructions on clearing your cached data. If the instructions don't work or you have any questions, feel free to email us at qhsit@queensu.ca.
Google Chrome
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Go to Delete Browsing Data > At the very top of the pop-up window, make sure the timeline is selected to All Time (any other timeline will most likely not work)- this is sometimes hidden under More.
- Select the boxes for Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files, Site settings, and Hosted app data > select Delete data.
- Close your browser entirely (including other windows) and reopen.

Microsoft Edge
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
- Check Cached images and files, select a time range, and click Clear now.

Mozilla Firefox
- Click the three lines in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
- Check Cached Web Content and click Clear.

Safari (Mac)
- Go to Safari in the top menu bar and select Preferences.
- Click the Privacy tab and then Manage Website Data.
- Select Remove All to clear cached data.
