Resident Initiates Faculty Evaluation

For residents to initiate a faculty evaluation a program needs to:

1. Have a standard faculty evaluation form built that has the workflow set to Faculty Evaluation.
2. Have program settings configured to allow residents to access the Faculty Evaluation workflow. To check your program settings for this, please see here.

Resident Steps

1. Log into Elentra.
2. From the dashboard, click the green Start Assessment & Evaluation button.
3. Under Select assessment role, leave the radio button set to "I am being assessed."
4. Under On-Demand Workflow, select Faculty Evaluation.
5. Under Select target, search for the preceptor you'd like to evaluate.
   1. Optionally add an External target if needed.
6. Enter Start and End dates. This represents the period of time you worked with the target.
7. Click Begin Evaluation.
8. Complete the task and click Submit.
