Publishing a rotation schedule will make it visible to residents from their dashboard.
- From Admin > Clinical Experience > Rotation Schedule, check the tick box beside the rotation schedule you want to publish. This will enable a blue Publish Schedule button in the bottom right.
- Click Publish Schedule and confirm your choice.
- After your schedule has been published it will display Published under the Status column.
Once published, the rotation schedule bookings will be displayed to residents from their dashboard on the My Rotations tab. You can continue to add or edit bookings even after a schedule is published.
You can also withdraw a schedule if major revisions are required, or learners should no longer be able to view it (check the tick box beside a published schedule and then click the Withdraw Schedule button).
