Report on Standard Rotation Evaluations

Automated Rotation Evaluations

1. To report on completed rotation evaluation forms sent automatically by Elentra, go to Admin > Assessment & Evaluation > Reports > Evaluation Reports > Automatic Rotation Evaluations (Aggregated) 
2. Enter the report parameters, e.g., Program, date range, All tasks, select Form, select one or more rotation schedules, optionally include Comments (selected by default) and an Average. 
3. Click Generate Report. A report should open in a new tab. 
4. Optionally download the report as a PDF.

If you are trying to confirm whether or not your program uses automated rotation evaluations, go to Admin > Clinical Experience.

1. Click Rotation Schedule to switch tabs.
2. Optionally filter by curriculum period or course to reduce the number of schedules you see.
3. Beside the rotation schedule you are working with, click View Schedule.
   
4. Click Rotations Setup to view a list of rotations.
5. Click the blue pencil edit icon in the far right column of a rotation.
6. Scroll down to view the Automatically trigger rotation evaluations checkbox. If the box is checked, this specific rotation is automatically sending out rotation evaluations to residents at the end of each rotation. A reminder that you may want to verify this setting on all your rotations to make sure it is configured appropriately.
