If you have several distributions, the Application Services is able to roll forward the distributions from the previous curricular period to the current.
In order to do so, the program must have its rotation schedule completed and published to ensure the distributions sync correctly from one c.period to the next.
To request this assistance, please submit a ticket to [email protected] requesting all distributions be rolled forward. Your ticket will be triaged to one of the developers on the Application Services team to complete which may take up to 2 business days. Once completed, they will confirm with the Support Services team they successfully rolled forward the distributions. If any previous rotation-based distributions could not be connected to the new rotation schedule they will provide the names of those distributions which the end-user can confirm if that is correct or not.
