Projector 

  • There is a Panasonic remote stored in the cupboard at the front right of the room. Use it to turn on the projector. 
  • Please turn projector off when class ends. 

Use In-Room Computer 

  • There is an in-room computer stored in the cupboard. 
  • Press any key on the keyboard to wake up the in-room computer. 
  • The system is set up to play any sound from the computer through the in-room speakers. 

Connect to Teams (using in-room computer) 

  • Audio will connect automatically. 
  • Speakers will connect automatically. 
  • Camera will connect automatically (only adjust as needed – see below). 

Connect to Zoom (using in-room computer) 

  • For additional support to start a Zoom call, see the instructions stored inside the cupboard door. 
  • Audio will connect automatically. 
  • Speakers will connect automatically. 
  • Camera will connect automatically (only adjust as needed – see below). 

In-Room Cameras 

  • There are two cameras mounted in the room. You can switch between these depending on your use of the room.
    • PTZ Pro 2 – use to display front of room 
    • Logitech MeetUp – use to display classroom 

Microphones 

  • There is a throwable mic in the closet. This should be used if you are using a microphone in the room with others. 
  • There is a wireless mic in the closet. This should be used if you are in a hybrid setting using Teams or Zoom. 

Connect Your Own Laptop 

  • To connect your own device, use the HDMI cable stored on the exterior of the closet (left side). 
  • Switch the ell box in the closet to 2 to pick up your laptop screen. 
  • If you need to use sound from your laptop, make sure the output from your laptop audio settings is set to PT-EX620.
