When will the new curricular period be added with the block schedule and learners?

The Application & Support Services team in QHS IT by the end of April each year as PGME Registration needs to be launched and successful creating cohorts of learners to proceed. The work includes:

1. Adding the new curricular period (i.e., July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024)
2. Adding the block schedules to the curricular period (4 weeks, 2 weeks, and 1 week). 
3. Upload of learners to their respective cohort (via PGME Registration)
   1. If you manage a sub-specialty program i.e., Enhanced Skills you will need to submit the cohort list to qhsit@queensu.ca for our team to upload the learners to the respective cohort.
