Connect Your Laptop to the TV
- Plug in your laptop using the HDMI cable.
- Turn on the TV using the power button (top left) on the remote.
- If no image appears, use the Source button (top right) to switch to
HDMI 2.
- If the sound is not coming through the TV, check the sound output in
your system settings. You must select SAMSUNG as the output.- In Windows, right click the Volume icon in the Taskbar to access
your speaker settings. On a Mac, click the volume output in the menu bar or access Sound from System Settings.

- If you join a hybrid event in the room from your laptop (e.g., to share a document on your laptop in the online call), and the in-room computer is also joined (e.g., to use the room camera and audio from the MeetUp), please make sure to mute the microphone and silence the speakers on your laptop to avoid feedback.
Using the In-Room Computer
- Turn on the TV using the power button (top left) on the remote.
- Wake up the computer by pressing any key on the keyboard.
- If a No Signal message appears, use the Source button (top right) to switch to HDMI 1.
- Log in to the computer using your Queen’s NetID and password.
Join a Hybrid Session
- From the in-room computer, join a Teams or Zoom call.
- The Logitech MeetUp will automatically be connected and will act as a camera, microphone and speaker for the meeting.
- There is a small rectangular remote on the table. You can use this remote to adjust the camera as required, including panning and zooming.
