Adding a Fake Resident to Program Enrolment

Modified on Thu, Apr 24 at 8:54 AM

Many PG programs have a fake resident set up in Elentra to allow users to test new forms, test distribution setups, practice initiating an assessment, etc. The fake resident must be added to the program enrolment each year.

Anyone listed as a program coordinator, curriculum coordinator, or course/program director can do this for their specific program.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Manage Programs.
  2. Click on the name of a program.
  3. You will land on the Setup tab. Scroll down to the Program Enrolment section.
  4. Look for the appropriate academic year (likely at the very bottom of the page).
  5. Click Add Audience.
  6. Under Select Audience Type, pick Individual and then search for the appropriate name.
  7. Click on the name and you'll see it display under the course list enrolment.
    1. List of fake resident accounts in the PG organization (must be logged in with Queen's credentials to view).
  8. Click Done on the curriculum period enrolment card.
  9. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
