My Learners (Academic Advisors, Competence Committee, PDs, PAs)

Modified on Tue, Jul 22 at 1:11 PM

Competence Committee members, PDs, and PAs will see a list of all learners in their course/program under My Learners.

Academic Advisors will see only those learners to whom they have been connected through a course group.

Trouble Shooting

  1. I can't see the students I am supposed to.
    1. Make sure that you have the correct curriculum period and course/program selected.
    2. If you are an AA, confirm with the relevant program administrator that you are listed as the teacher on a course group.
  2. There are learners missing from the list.
    1. If you are a PD or PA, check the program enrolment tab.
      1. If someone is on the program enrolment but not your My Learners list, first check that you have the correct date and course set on the My Learners tab, and if that's correct and the user is still missing, contact qhsit@queensu.ca
      2. If a learner is missing from the program enrolment, confirm with the PG office that the learners registration is active and they are listed in your program. If the PG office confirms that the learner is active and mapped to your program, and they still aren't showing up in the enrolment, contact qhsit@queensu.ca
