Many of the rooms operated by QHS are available to faculty, staff and students to book through an online room reservation system called Yarooms. Some bookings will require approval from a room or building owner, while others will be confirmed immediately.
- Go to https://queenshealthsci.yarooms.com
- Click Login with Queen’s NetID and log in using your Queen's credentials.
- Once you have logged in you can optionally search for available spaces within a single building, or select a building and browse to view availability.
- Search Option
- Click Search room from the left sidebar.
- Enter your details and click Search.
- Once results are displayed you can optionally book one of the rooms that is available.
- Browse Building Option
- Select a view from the left sidebar (Monthly/Weekly/Daily view) and then click on the building selector.
- Select a building.
- Find the room you need and hover over the time you’d like to book and click the plus sign to add your reservation.
- Enter the booking details and click Book.
- Note that the Advanced option allows for repeat bookings. Follow these steps to create a recurring booking.
- Click Advanced.
- Provide meeting details.
- Click the Repeat selector and on the Recurrence settings option that opens, click Yes.
- Additional options will open and you can fill in the Recurrence settings as appropriate and click Set.
- The bookings you've created will display in a list where you can review them and then click Save.
- Select a view from the left sidebar (Monthly/Weekly/Daily view) and then click on the building selector.
- After you've created all your reservations, log out from the bottom left.
Note: Yarooms can send you email notifications about your reservations, including confirmations, changes, and cancellations. To adjust how Yarooms emails you, go to Account > My Account > Notifications and make your selections.
