In general, all employees of Queen's University have access to the Expense Reimbursement System (ERS/Concur) via my.queensu.ca.
If an employee clicks the above link in MyQueen'sU and they are re-directed to a sign-on page there are two likely reasons.
1. They are a casual employee classification which do not automatically get access to ERS
2. They were previously employed (actived in ERS) left their employment at Queen's (de-activated in ERS) and have returned to employement at Queen's.
Solution for 1: Provide the ERS Registration form attached below - instruct the constituent to complete (have it signed by Departmental Approver -- hiring manager) and email to [email protected].
Solution for 2: Instruct the constituent to contact Financial Services (613) 533-2050 to manually re-activate their ERS account.
