Submit a ticket to QHS IT confirming you are no longer a resident but have returned as a faculty and a member of the Support Services team will take the next steps in updating your Elentra profile.
This includes:
1. Confirmation that you have an active Faculty appointment in Common Credentialing. We cannot provide Faculty permissions if the user does not have an active appointment.
2. After confirmation, our team will update the Elentra profile and confirm with the end user and close the support ticket.
