Program NetIDs/Zoom Accounts have been setup to automatically upload Zoom recordings to Panopto (Queen's video recording storage service). Below is how you can access those recordings.
1. Login to Panopto with the program NetID:
- https://queensu.ca.panopto.com
2. Click Browse from the menu on the left-hand side
3. Under All Folders you should see a folder for QHS with a sub-folder named Program Zoom Recordings and your program folder within that (click on your program folder)
4. Within your program folder you will see all Zoom recordings. To view these recordings as soon as you login to Panopto click the Subscribe button (at top)
5. To copy the link to your video hover your mouse/cursor over the video and click on the share icon
6. To embed the video on a course page click the embed option and then the Copy Embed Code button
