To help you manage your email and to possibly deal with bulk email, Outlook allows you to set up Inbox Rules. Inbox Rules allow you to take action on messages based on sender, topic, or even keywords. These actions can include moving mail to a folder, deleting mail received from an email address or taking action based on a message that contains a subject. A rule can also trigger additional steps, such as playing an alarm to ensure important messages are addressed quickly.
